SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Since Selebrations offers event management services, “delivery” refers to service delivery and on-site setup.
1. Service Delivery

Event setup will begin 2–6 hours before the event time depending on scale.

Delivery of decor materials, lights, stage items, props, etc., will be handled by our team.
2. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic
-
Weather issues
-
Venue restrictions
-
Government actions
-
Unforeseen emergencies
However, our team will ensure timely setup to the best extent possible.
3. Delivery Charges
Any transportation charges will be included in the quotation (if applicable).
4. Client Responsibilities

Provide correct event venue details.

Ensure entry permissions for our staff and equipment.
-
Coordinate with venue authorities for timely access.
