RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Since Selebrations provides service-based event management, returns do not apply. However, refunds may apply under certain conditions.
1. Refund Applicable:

 

Refunds may be issued when:

  1. Event is cancelled :
    * More than 30 days before the event - highest refund (often 75–90% or full refund minus fees).
    * 15–30 days before the event – mid-range refund (e.g., ~50–75%).

  2. The company is unable to provide service due to internal issues.

  3. Duplicate payments or failed transactions occur through online gateway.

 
2. Refund Not Applicable:

 

No refund will be issued if:

  1. The event is cancelled within:
    * Less than ~(7–14 days).
    * Last-minute (<3–7 days)

  2. Clients fail to provide required venue access or permissions.

  3. A third-party vendor fails due to client-side instructions.

 
3. Refund Timeline

 

Approved refunds will be processed in 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
