Welcome to Selebrations. By accessing, browsing, or using our website or services, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions listed below.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us” refers to Selebrations Event Management.

  • “Client”, “Customer”, “You” refers to any individual or entity using our services.

  • “Event” refers to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private parties, or any service offered by us.

2. Service Confirmation
​
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the advance amount as discussed during consultation.

  • Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise informed.

  • Event prices may vary depending on customization, location, decor, manpower, and third-party vendor charges.

 
3. Client Responsibilities
​
  • The client must provide accurate personal information including name, contact number, event date, time, and venue.

  • Any venue permission, sound permissions, government licenses (if required) must be arranged by the client unless explicitly agreed.

  • The client must ensure venue access for setup 2–6 hours before event start time.

 
4. Company Responsibilities
​
  • The company will provide event services as per the scope agreed in writing or recorded communication.

  • We ensure event execution by trained professionals and verified vendors.

  • In case of vendor unavailability, a replacement vendor of similar quality will be provided.

 
5. Payments
​​
  • Advance payment is mandatory to block dates and initiate bookings with vendors.

  • 50–70% of total package value must be paid in advance (as per discussion).

  • The remaining amount must be paid before or on the event day.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, card, wallet, or online gateway.

6. Modifications to Event Plan

  • Any changes in event theme, decor, timing, or venue must be informed at least 72 hours prior.

  • Last-minute changes may incur extra charges.​

 
7. Damages
​​

Any damage to decor, props, sound systems, lights, or rented items caused by guests or client will be billed post-event.

8. Delay or Non-Performance
​​
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by weather, government restrictions, strikes, natural calamities, or venue restrictions.

  • In such cases, the client may reschedule the event without extra rescheduling fees (subject to availability).

9. Photography and Videography Rights
​​
  • With client consent, the company may use event photos/videos for portfolio and marketing.

  • Clients may request removal of photos if required.

10. Dispute Resolution
​
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, Your State].

  • We encourage resolving disputes amicably first.
