CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

• Cancellation 30 days prior — 70–80% refund of advance.

• Cancellation 15-30 days prior — 50–70% refund of advance.

• Cancellation 15-7 days prior — No refund.

• Cancellation within 7 days — No refund.

• Same-day cancellations — no refund + additional charges for material already procured.

 

2. Company-Initiated Cancellation

 

If Selebrations cancels due to unavoidable circumstances:

• Full refund will be issued

• Client may reschedule at no extra cost

3. Postponement / Rescheduling

​

If requested 30 days before the event:

• Date can be shifted (subject to availability)

• Advance will be adjusted to new date

• Price difference (if any) must be paid by the client
